Heartland Crime Stoppers
A package theft occurred on April 22nd in the Providence neighborhood in Loughman (Davenport area).
The suspect (who was wearing a Beavis & Butt-Head t-shirt) stole a package of campaign posters from the front doorstep of a residence.
The vehicle that was used by the suspect appears to be a black, older model, Cadillac sedan.
