Reported earlier this morning by Winter Haven Public Safety Department: A possible water main break is impacting the College Grove and Lake Elbert Dr area. The roadway is shut down and undetermined of the timeframe. Drivers should avoid the area. Police are on scene and barricades are blocking the roadway.
As of 8:39 a.m. the roadway still appears closed.
