Attention Winter Haven Residents!
Starting the week of October 6, Asphalt Paving Systems, Inc. will be performing a double microsurfacing treatment or a cape seal treatment on a number of roads across Winter Haven to enhance the longevity and quality of the city’s roadways. These treatments are a crucial step in our pavement management toolbox to enhance our roadways.
Good news for drivers: You can hop back on the road right after the double microsurfacing treatment or the cape seal treatment is applied. Just keep an eye out for any traffic signs or measures in place to protect the hardworking crews.

- When driving through work zones, kindly slow down and follow posted signs.
- If possible, pause irrigation/sprinklers 24 hours before and during treatment days to help the surface set.
