On July 28, 2026 at around 10 pm in Wahneta, a PCSO deputy noticed Chelsie Albritton loitering in front of the Citgo Food Mart at 3074 Rifle Range Road, and went to make contact with her.

It’s worth noting that deputies are quite familiar with Chelsie and her criminal past. She’s been arrested before for things such as Indecent Exposure, Felony Battery, Trespassing, Battery on Elderly Person, Drug Possession, Armed Burglary, Aggravated Assault, and Aggravated Stalking. And that’s the abridged version.
As the deputy approached Chelsie, she said, “Don’t take me to jail, I’m trespassed from here.”
And then she attempted to walk away.
The deputy told her to stop. Instead, she went.
A brief foot pursuit ensued, and Chelsie was detained.
Chelsie was actually truthful about the trespassing thing. The deputy found that she had been trespassed from the Citgo last October because she frequently disrupted business.
Chelsie was taken into custody and found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
Chelsie Albritton was taken to the Sheriff’s Processing Center and charged with
Possession of Methamphetamine (F3), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M1), Trespass after Warning (M1), and Resist Officer without Violence (M1).
