POLICE SEEK ASSISTANCE IN LOCATING SUSPECT IN DOMESTIC BATTERY CASE
HAINES CITY, Fla. – The Haines City Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Louivens Ceus, who is sought in connection with a domestic battery investigation.
On Tuesday, January 23, Haines City Police Officers responded to a reported incident of domestic battery involving Ceus and the victim. The victim alleged physical battery and strangulation. Photographic evidence collected during the investigation shows significant injuries consistent with these allegations.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Ceus, charging him with felony battery; domestic battery by strangulation under Florida Statute 784.041.
