On August 22, 2024 a call came in for a vehicle accident just after 8:00 p.m. near Lake Silver.
The accident occurred at Lake Silver Drive NE & Avenue I NE in Winter Haven.
Winter Haven’s Police and Fire Public Information Officer Jamie Brown confirmed that the accident involved three vehicles. It was a minor crash.
One car went over the sidewalk and was in the grass near the lake but no vehicle entered the lake.
There were no injuries and only minor damages although the vehicle in the grass had to be pulled out due to the angle.
