Have you seen Frederick Blackwelder?
LakelandPD has received a missing persons report for 71-year-old Frederick Blackwelder. A family member reported Mr. Blackwelder missing after unsuccessful attempts to make contact with him over the weekend. Mr. Blackwelder may be driving his vehicle, a white Toyota Scion with dark tint and a dent on the rear driver side bumper, Florida tag 6653VY.
Mr Blackwelder is approximately 5’9” and weighs approximately 211 pounds.
