The Winter Haven Fire Department is on scene of a vehicle fire in the parking area between The Splash Pad and The Garden Center, located on Third St. NW in Winter Haven. The white pick-up truck was fully engulfed when they arrived. It is confirmed one non-life-threatening injury was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
