He would not allow the victim to leave and took her cellphone to prevent her from calling for help. She was able to escape the residence on March 22, 2024 when Bouiye fell asleep.<br>Bouiye drives a black Nissan Altima with a Florida tag of 77CGYH.<br>Anyone with information on Bouiye&#8217;s whereabouts is asked to call Detective Shook at 863-401-2256.
