City of Winter Haven:
Coming soon to South Central Park—a Carillon Bell Tower, a generous donation from Tom Oldt. The largest bell will be inscribed, and a plaque will be placed at the project site memorializing the Oldt donation in honor of the late Mr. and Mrs. Oldt, parents of the donor, and Jeri Oldt, his late wife. Along with the Carillon, a decorative fence and landscaping will be installed along its perimeter.
