Please congratulate Jaden Lippett, Desirae Murray, Dashanique Henry, Giuliana Adonteng, and Aliyah Canty for their performance in the UF Relays.
Jaden won the Triple Jump and became the US #1 jumper with a huge PR of 15.70 meters (51ft 6in.) in front of his future team.
Desirae, Dashanique , Giuliana, & Aliyah broke the school record in the 4 X 200m relay with a time of 1:40.49 which is #3 in FL and #33 in the US placing 4th overall in the event.
The young guns of the Blue Devil program competed in the Freshman/Sophomore held at Lake Region this past Saturday. Top three finishers were:
Boys:
Julius Handford – 1st Place in the 800m
4 X 100 team of Cassidy Ervin, Isaiah Brown, Brayden Scott, & Jordan Tarver – 1st Place
4 X 400m team of Enrique Garcia, Mike Kearney, Julius Handford, & Jordan Tarver – 1st Place Tarver also took 2nd and 3rd in the 200 and 100
4 X 800m team of Enrique Garcia, Julius Handford, Maxx De La Cruz, and Kaden Sakyiama – 3rd Place Mike Kearney – 3rd Place in the 400m
Girls:
Kayla Weaver – 2nd Place 400m hurdles and 3rd place 100m hurdles
