On December 5, 2024, a 911 call came in at 4:43 p.m. for a motorcycle crash at Hamilton Pointe Blvd & Inverness Way in Winter Haven. Polk County Fire Rescue and Winter Haven Police Department responded to the call.
Polk County Fire Rescue Public Information Officer Nathaniel Gale confirmed one helicopter was called in for patient transport.
We also reached out to Winter Haven Public Safety Department’s Public Information Officer Jamie Brown, and she advised that it was a single motorcycle crash and the driver was issued a citation for careless driving.
