On December 20, 2024 @ 5:02 a.m., the Florida Highway Patrol responded to a vehicle crash in Pinellas County, FL.
Vehicle 1, a Ford F150, driven by a 21-year-old Winter Haven man, was traveling westbound in the inside lane of Roosevelt Boulevard. Vehicle 2, a Chrysler Pacifica, driven by a 48-year-old man from St. Charles, Illinois, was traveling eastbound in the inside lane of Roosevelt Boulevard. At the intersection of Rhodes Road, the vehicles collided head-on. Both drivers were transported to an area hospital with serious injuries.
