The City of Winter Haven is commissioning a new downtown mural—and your art could be the centerpiece!
We’re looking for bold, colorful, and inspiring designs that reflect our community’s pride, creativity, and connection to our lakes and culture. The mural will transform the downtown parking garage wall into a vibrant work of art that welcomes visitors and celebrates the spirit of Winter Haven.
Deadline: December 19, 2025
Artist Stipend: Up to $35,000
