Be ready for the blood drive by making sure you are prepared to donate! How do you prepare?
- Make sure that you drink plenty of water!
- Eat well-balanced iron rich meals (especially the morning before donating)
- Bring an ID with you on to the bus!
- Make sure you limit your caffeine intake the morning before drive.
