Polk County Government Florida –
As part of Polk County’s on going affordable housing projects, the Board approved construction of three new homes for low-income families at a total cost of about $600,000 as part of the Community Development Block Grant rehabilitation/replacement program. The homes will be located in Winter Haven and Lakeland, and they will utilize State Housing Initiatives Partnership dollars.
